The Regulations of the PRC on Emergency Preparedness and Response to Marine Pollution from Ships (As amended on 5 May 2015)
Following State Council’s decisions to simplify administration approval procedure or abolish unnecessary administrative approval, PRC Ministry of Transport amended and published The Regulations of on Emergency Preparedness and Response to Marine Pollution from Ships as amended on 5 May 2015 to the effect that SPRO can be established and render ship-sourced pollution cleanup service corresponding to its capability and area of service without going through administrative approval procedures whereas relevant documents shall be filed to local MSA for reference. Chinese and English version of the Regulations as amended in 2015 is attached for ease of reference.
