On 25 August 2010, with license issued by Shanghai Judicial Bureau, Hightime Law Office, launched by lawyers Mr. Green Zhu, Ms. Xiao Duan and Ms. Subai Fan, was established.

On the opening day and the next day, reputable lawyer Mr. Masahiro Amemiya, partner of Yoshida & Partners Tokyo, famous professor Mr. Takashi Hakoi, famous professor of Waseda University Japan together with his doctoral student Mr. Gang LI, Mr. Freddie TAN of RaetsAsia P&I Services Pte Ltd Singapore, Mr. P.H. Kook (국평호) of Inter Shipping Co., Ltd Korea and Mr. Richard Park, Colemont Insurance Brokers Ltd. Korea visited Hightime and shared the very opening with us.
