Lawyer, Mr. Dehua Zhang, obtained PRC Lawyer’s Qualification in 1987 and became a part-time licensed PRC lawyer. He had gained a long-time working experience in legal affair department of large shipping companies such as legal affair department chief in Shanghai Shipping (Group) Co., Ltd and China Shipping Development Co., Ltd Tanker Co., Ltd before he joined a maritime law firm in Shanghai as a full time PRC licensed lawyer, where he practiced maritime and admiralty legal affairs. He has handled abundant maritime and admiralty disputes on behalf of large state-owned/foreign shipping companies, P&I Clubs and insurers.
