On 21 December 2010, Justice Bureau of Pudong New District, Shanghai granted 151 lawyers the "Legal Leader of 2009" Award in Pudong District. Ms. Xiao Duan of Hightime Law Office Shanghai was honored as "Legal Leader of 2009".
