Before Mr. ZHANG Dehua joining Hightime in April 2011, he had been a part-time lawyer since 1987 and he used to be the director of Law Department of Shanghai Shipping (Group) Co. Ltd and China Shipping Development Co. Ltd, Tanker Company accumulating rich experiences to handle maritime and admiralty cases and disputes. In 2000, Mr. ZHANG joined a well-known law firm becoming a full time lawyer and was widely recognized by his clients such as P&I clubs for his performance in handling maritime and admiralty cases. Meanwhile, Mr. ZHANG also worked as a counselor of subordinate companies of China Shipping (Group) Co. Ltd, and other logistics corporations. Shortly after joining Hightime, he became a partner.
