On 26 September 2012, as invited by Ping An Insurance, Mr. Green Zhu of Hightime Law Office gave Ping An key marine case handlers a specialist training presentation on Legal Practice in Shipping Insurance Claims in Zhengzhou, Henan. Mr Zhu detailed the key legal points and skills for handling cases of ships collision, salvage, general average, ships pollution and loss of life or personal injury at sea by presenting a typical collision case. Good interaction and feedback were received during the training program. |
